Philip Hughes is an experienced professional in the field of healthcare education and training, currently serving as the Manager of Learning Technology at HealthPartners since March 2014. In this role, Philip is responsible for coordinating and supporting the Learning Management System across the enterprise and leading a team to create and deploy high-quality training programs. Previously, Philip worked at Hudson Hospital & Clinic from May 2001 to February 2014, holding various positions including Manager of Education & Development and Nursing Education Coordinator, where responsibilities included identifying training needs and developing educational programs for hospital staff.
