Erika Gjovik

Ms. Gjovik has been the Senior Vice President – Life Science since February 2023 and has over twenty years of diverse commercial real estate experience. She joined Healthpeak in 2017 and has previously served as Vice President – Life Science and Vice President – Senior Housing Asset Management. Prior to joining Healthpeak, Ms. Gjovik spent three years at Irvine Company where she was Senior Director of Apartment Asset Management and spent eight years at GE Capital Real Estate on the debt originations team. She started her career at Hilton Hotels Corporation, followed by three years at DAUM Commercial Real Estate. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Business at the University of California, Los Angeles.
