Julie Bandy

Julie Bandy, CPM, currently serves as the Director - Regional Property Manager at Healthpeak Properties, Inc., overseeing a portfolio of approximately 50 outpatient medical buildings across five states, totaling around 2.8 million square feet. Prior experience includes a tenure at Holladay Properties, where Bandy held the role of Director of Property Management, managing 20 medical office buildings across two states and 2.1 million square feet, along with previous positions as Senior Property Manager and Regional Property Manager. Earlier career roles included Deputy Director of Scheduling and Director of the Governor's Internship Program under Governor Phil Bredesen, Executive Assistant to the Commissioner in the Department of Tourist Development, and Congressional Staff Aide for Congressman Bart Gordon. Bandy holds a B.A. in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
