Lisa A. Alonso

Lisa A. Alonso is the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Healthpeak Properties Inc. Lisa has over 15 years of experience in human resources, and has been with Healthpeak Properties for over 5 years. Prior to their current position, they were the Human Resources Business Partner at The Resort at Pelican Hill, where they were responsible for employee relations, training and development, and engagement initiatives. Lisa also spent 10 years at California First National Bank as the Vice President, Human Resources Manager, where they oversaw all human resources functions and implemented a time and attendance system for tracking and compliance of non-exempt employees.

Lisa A. Alonso has a certification in Human Resource Management from UC Irvine, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Business from University of Phoenix, and a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology & Ethnic Studies from UC San Diego. Lisa also has a certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification.
