Mark Dukes

Mark Dukes currently serves as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Operations at Healthpeak Properties, Inc. since March 2024. Previously, Mark held roles at Physicians Realty Trust, including SVP and Vice President of Asset Management from February 2016 to March 2024. Mark was also Chair and Chief Elected Officer of BOMA International from July 2021 to June 2022, focusing on the advancement of real estate professionals and industry safety. Earlier in Mark's career, Vice President of Regional Asset Management at Duke Realty Corporation involved overseeing a diverse portfolio of medical office assets in the East and Southeast regions. Mark's tenure at Carter as Vice President of Property Management included managing the extensive BellSouth portfolio in Atlanta. Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of South Carolina between 1980 and 1984.
