Pat Wendt

Pat Wendt has extensive experience in property tax management, currently serving as Vice President of Property Tax at Healthpeak Properties, Inc. since August 2017. Prior to this role, Pat held various positions in the real estate tax sector, including Vice President at Equity Residential from December 2005 to August 2017 and at Macerich from July 2004 to December 2005. Additional experience includes serving as Director at Equity Residential from January 2000 to June 2004, Property Tax Representative at Sears, Roebuck and Co. in 1999, and Tax Senior at Deloitte & Touche from 1996 to 1999. Pat is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where studies were completed from 1988 to 1993.
