Maryse Wiewel

Maryse Wiewel is an experienced professional in the medical and research fields with a strong academic background. Currently, Wiewel serves as a Product Owner at Healthplus.ai since September 2022. Prior to this role, Wiewel worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher, Teacher, and Programme Manager at Leiden University Medical Center from September 2020 to August 2022 and held a researcher position at Pacmed for a brief period in April to May 2020. Wiewel's expertise in clinical microbiology was developed during residencies at the AMC - Academic Medical Center and OLVG from 2011 to 2020. Wiewel also contributed to the MARS project during PhD research at the Center for Experimental and Molecular Medicine, completing a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine at the University of Amsterdam in 2015. Additionally, Wiewel has experience in data monitoring and tissue donor screening from earlier roles at Stichting HIV Monitoring and the Nederlandse Transplantatie Stichting, respectively.
