Antonio Diaz-Carrera

Antonio Diaz-Carrera has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Patient Navigator at Sea Mar Community Health Center. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Patient & Family Liaison at Harborview Medical Center. In 2013, they served as an Administrative Resident at Sibley Memorial Hospital. Antonio then joined the Community Health Center Association of Connecticut in 2015, first as a Behavioral Health Program Manager and later as a Senior Program Manager, Quality Improvement. Since 2016, Antonio has been working at HealthPoint (CHC), first as a Health Center Manager and currently as a Business Director.

Antonio Diaz-Carrera completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs at Boston University from 2003 to 2007. Antonio then pursued a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health from 2012 to 2014.
