Kim Arnold, MS, RDN, is the owner and founder of Enlitened Nutrition, LLC, specializing in virtual nutrition coaching and wellbeing solutions since August 2018. With a diverse background that includes a decade of experience in the investment industry, Kim has transitioned to health and nutrition, having held various roles such as Wellbeing Specialist at Pitney Bowes and Nutrition Consultant at Pritikin ICR. Previous positions include corporate nutrition roles at Creative Health Solutions and Sodexo, where Kim developed comprehensive wellness programs and educational resources. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Nutrition from the University of Saint Joseph and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Rutgers University, complemented by a foundational Bachelor of Science in Finance from The College of New Jersey.
