Lucas Chen

Lucas Chen has over 10 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Lucas began their career in 2011 as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Sitecore, where they participated in software and application development as a key Agile/Scrum team member for multiple short and long-term contracts. Lucas also demonstrated experience in understanding complex business processes and translating customer requirements into business use cases. In 2019, they joined Traust Consulting as a Full Stack Engineer, where they contributed to start-up companies and teams by developing web, mobile apps, and backend platforms using latest JavaScript technologies. Lucas provided software application engineering and maintenance for development lifecycle, and contributed ideas and suggestions in team meetings. In 2021, Lucas joined HealthRhythms as a Lead/Senior Frontend Engineer. Lucas worked as a team player in an agile team and served as a solution architect to build a clinical dashboard. Lucas also improved tools to boost user interaction and deliver design versatility with product managers, and increased product performance by 30%.

Lucas Chen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Malaya between 2007 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Triplebyte Certified certification from Triplebyte in September 2022.
