Mary Bochnovic

Mary Bochnovic has a diverse work experience background spanning multiple industries. Mary started their career as a Claims Examiner at MetLife, where they reviewed and processed a high volume of group medical claims, ensuring accurate payments or denials in compliance with regulations. After working at MetLife for 16 years, Mary moved on to become a Claims & Eligibility Manager at FOX VALLEY MEDICINE, overseeing all claims examination, processing, and eligibility for a large independent physician office with 10,000 members. Following this role, they joined PAINTERS DISTRICT COUNCIL as a Senior Claims Coordinator, responsible for processing and managing claims for a self-funded employee benefit program serving over 7,000 members. At Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, Mary worked in an administrative role, and then they transitioned to a Medical/Administrative position at Missionaries of the Sacred Heart. Most recently, Mary worked at HealthSCOPE Benefits, where they served as a Senior Claims Analyst, processing medical claims, assisting other departments, and testing for new groups. Overall, Mary has gained extensive experience in claims processing, eligibility management, budgeting, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance throughout their career.

Mary Bochnovic began their education at Waubonsee Community College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies. Mary attended this institution from 2009 to 2011. Later, they pursued further education at Southern New Hampshire University from 2020 to 2022, focusing on General Studies.
