Hayley Eames

Hayley Eames is an experienced professional in workforce design and organizational development, currently serving as General Manager Workforce Design and Supply at Healthscope since April 2022. Prior to this role, Hayley held several positions at Coles from October 2015 to April 2022, including Head of Culture and Capability, where responsibility encompassed culture strategy, employee listening, onboarding, and learning and development within a $25 million budget during the global pandemic. Additionally, Hayley led enterprise-wide strategies in engagement, recognition, inclusion, and talent management as Head of Organisation Development, and directed leadership development initiatives as Head of People Strategy. Earlier in the career, Hayley was a Senior Manager at Accenture from March 2005 to October 2015, focusing on improving business performance for multinational clients across various industries. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
