Kathy Farkas

Kathy Farkas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Kathy is currently the Head of Learning - National Education & Learning Manager at Healthscope, where they focus on transforming the culture of learning and student experience within the organization. Previously, Kathy has held positions at Bupa and ANZ, where they worked as the Acting Head of Leadership & Capability and Senior Manager, Learning Culture & Curation, respectively. Throughout their career, Kathy has excelled in designing and implementing learning strategies, managing budgets, and leading global learning initiatives. Kathy is also a Life Coach, offering their expertise in coaching individuals.

Kathy Farkas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts with a focus on Public Relations and Education/Teaching from Deakin University. Kathy also obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from the Australian Institute of Management.
