Alvin Choo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alvin began their career at Singapore Airlines in 1996, where they held various roles including Station Manager and Manager Customer Affairs. Alvin also managed operations at premium check-in lounges and was responsible for the development of SIA lounges worldwide. In 2011, they joined Resorts World Sentosa as an Assistant Director in Resort Marketing. From 2014 to 2016, they served as Chief Operating Officer at The DRx Group. Alvin then moved on to Fullerton Health, where they held multiple roles including Chief Customer Experience Officer and Deputy Managing Director of Clinical Services. In 2020, they became the Country Operations Director at Compass Group. Currently, Alvin is the Chief Operating Officer at HealthServe Ltd.
Alvin Choo pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from Boston University, where they studied from 1989 to 1992.

HealthServe Ltd
Founded in 2006, HealthServe is an IPC registered charity that believes in a society where every migrant worker lives a life of health, wellbeing and dignity. We seek to meet the needs of the disadvantaged migrant worker community in Singapore through the provision of holistic health and social care, from medical and mental health services to casework support and other forms of social assistance. Over the years, we have developed partnerships with regulatory authorities, agencies, schools and corporate organisations to initiate public health awareness programmes and research projects. Our work to support tens of thousands of migrant workers every year is underpinned by a large pool of medical and non-medical volunteers and donors.
