Andrew Way serves as the Board Chair for HealthShare Victoria since July 2024. Previously, Andrew was the CEO of Alfred Health from July 2009 to September 2024, managing a public sector health service in southeastern inner Melbourne with close ties to Monash University and various research institutes. Andrew's extensive career in healthcare leadership includes roles as CEO at the Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust from July 2004 to June 2009 and the Heatherwood & Wexham Park Hospitals' NHS Foundation Trust from May 2001 to May 2004, as well as serving as COO at the Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust from 1993 to May 2001. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Keele University and a BSc (Hons) in Systems and Management from City, University of London.
