John Waugh

John Waugh has a strong background in health and safety management. John is currently serving as the Head of Health & Safety at HealthShare Victoria since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Linfox as the National Safety & Compliance Manager from July 2019 to May 2022 and as the WH&S Manager from June 2012 to June 2019. Before joining Linfox, John worked at Coles Group as the Zone Safety Manager from January 2011 to June 2012. John also served as the Regional SH&E Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets from 2006 to 2011, the ANZ EH&S Coordinator at Ciba from 2000 to 2005, and the Unit Safety Coordinator in the Australian Army from 1997 to 2000.

John Waugh attended RMIT University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (OHS) degree. Additionally, they completed a Cert IV Training & Assessment program at the University of Melbourne.
