Jordan Patch

Director, Support at HealthSherpa

Jordan Patch is the current Director of Support at HealthSherpa. Prior to this, they were the Director of Customer Service at Ribbons Galore Inc from January 2017 to December 2019. Jordan was responsible for managing company operations within the customer service unit, developing and implementing a new hire training program and company handbook, and promoting new customer service and sales metrics to measure and analyze productivity and customer satisfaction. Jordan also created an Amazon 3rd party sales platform which generated additional revenue.

Before their time at Ribbons Galore, Jordan was the Amazon Marketplace Manager at Headsets.com from January 2007 to December 2017. Jordan was responsible for expanding company sales to the Amazon marketplace and grew sales by $3 Million in 2015. Jordan also managed all aspects of the Amazon platform; customer service, HTML product listing management, pricing, review acquisition, sales growth and profit. In addition, they launched the Leitner Headsets brand through Amazon’s platform.

Jordan Patch has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Southern New Hampshire University, a Field in Theirtory from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) from Diablo Valley College. Jordan is also certified from the California Department of Insurance as an Insurance Agent (Health, Property, Casualty).

Jordan Patch reports to George Kalogeropoulos, CEO. Jordan Patch works with Jay Levreault - Director, Account Management, Janelle Fontana - Director, Company Operations, and David Inniss - Interim Director of People & Talent.
