Zachary Ortiz

Zachary Ortiz has extensive experience in program management and quality assurance, currently serving as the Training & Quality Assurance Manager at HealthSherpa since June 2017, following positions as a Compliance Associate and Agent Support Representative. Prior to HealthSherpa, Zachary worked as a Recreation Supervisor for the City of Suisun City, where responsibilities included overseeing youth and sports programs and managing the community center. Zachary also held the position of Partner + Director of Marketing at Paradox Custom Goods and served as Recreation Supervisor at Arden Manor Recreation & Park District. Earlier military experience includes serving as a Cryptologic Technician Second Class in the US Navy from August 2005 to August 2009. Zachary earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Liberty University between 2016 and 2018.
