Monica Schwindt has a diverse range of work experience. Monica started their career in 2016 as a Line Cook & Cashier at Spice in the City. Then, they worked as a Research Assistant at Texas Health Resources from December 2016 to August 2017. Monica also volunteered as a Staff Relief Volunteer at Harold C. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience at the University of Miami, from 2011 to 2015. In terms of certifications, Monica Schwindt obtained the Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist certification from the Certification Board for Diabetes Care and Education in February 2020. Additionally, they obtained their license as a Dietitian from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation in October 2017. Lastly, they obtained the ServSafe certification from ServSafe Certified in September 2015.
