Shawn Roark is an experienced healthcare executive with a diverse background in payer strategy and population health. Currently serving as Chief of Payer Strategy and Population Health for CommonSpirit Health, Shawn has held significant positions including Region VP of Payer Strategy & Accountable Care for Midwest Markets and President of CHI Health Partners. Previous roles include Vice President of Payer Contracting at Millennium Physician Group, General Counsel at Doctors of Physical Therapy, and Vice President of Payor Strategy & President of Illinois Health Partners at Edward-Elmhurst Health. Additionally, Shawn served as Chief Transformation & Population Health Officer at Genesis Healthcare System. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor in Health Law and Health Care Compliance from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Northcentral University.
