Sr. Customer Success Manager at HealthSnap

Celie Schwartz has been working in the field of customer success and sales management since 2010. Celie began their career as an Assistant Behavioral Therapist at Learn To Learn in 2010. In 2012, they transitioned to a Vision Therapist role at Visual Health and Learning Center. In 2015, they became an Account Manager at AML Diagnostics. In 2016, they joined HealthSnap as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for a patient-centered RPM program. Celie was later promoted to Sr. Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for a remote patient monitoring platform for virtual chronic disease management.

Celie Schwartz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from the University of Central Florida in 2014. In July 2014, they received a Registered Medical Sales Representative certification from the National Association of Medical Sales Representatives (NAMSR). In August 2012, they were HIPPA certified from the Visual Health and Learning Center.
