Claudio Gonzalez is a Sr. Implementation Analyst at HealthStream with a background in providing technical support for various companies, including VerityStream and BD. With experience in troubleshooting medical devices and software, Claudio has also worked in customer service roles at Zoovy, Inc., AP Technology, and Hitachi Data Systems. Prior to their technical roles, Claudio served as a Transportation Security Officer and Customer Service Representative at North County Transit District and Sprint, respectively.
