Sierra Rogovic

Sierra Rogovic, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Senior Director of Implementation at HealthStream, a role commenced in April 2022, after directing implementation at VerityStream from October 2016 until its rebranding as HealthStream, Inc. Sierra has extensive experience overseeing regional implementation teams, managing and mentoring over 14 employees. Previous roles include Project Manager at Alpha & Omega Financial Management Consultants, where technical projects for a benefit consulting firm were led, and Project Manager positions at InfoAccess.net, supporting the company’s transition to Corcentric. Earlier career highlights include supervisory and sales roles at Victoria's Secret, where Sierra significantly impacted sales performance, and as an Executive/Sales Team Assistant at InfoAccess.net. Educational achievements include an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University.
