Dr Al'Aa Hegab

Dr. AL'aa Hegab has extensive experience in the medical field, currently serving as a Medical Expert and HealthTap Prime Doctor at HealthTap since November 2013, and as an Attending Physician (Consultant) Allergist/Immunologist in a solo private practice since February 2011. Previous roles include a Consultant (Attending Physician) Allergist/Immunologist at King Faisal Specialist Hospital from February 2001 to February 2011, and various positions in pediatric care and management at a private medical practice from October 1999 to January 2001. Dr. Hegab's education includes a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Ain Shams University and fellowships in Allergy/Immunology and Pediatrics. Additionally, Dr. Hegab has obtained a diploma in Hospital Administration Operational Excellence from The American University in Cairo and has taken courses in journalism and media presentation.
