Hammad Saleem has extensive experience in the technology industry, holding various leadership positions in notable companies. Hammad started their career at MobileAria in 2003, where they worked as a Software Engineer until 2005. Hammad then joined Sharpcast and served as a Software Engineer for two years. In 2007, Hammad joined Apple Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they remained until 2011. In 2012, they founded two companies, WannaGet and www.HeardApp.com. At WannaGet, Hammad held the position of Founder & CEO until 2014. Hammad also served as the Founder of www.HeardApp.com during the same period. In 2014, Hammad joined HealthTap as the Head of Mobile Engineering, a role they held until 2018. Hammad then became the Head of Core Product Engineering until 2019. Hammad's most recent position at HealthTap is Chief Technology Officer, which they held until September 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Innovation Officer at HealthTap, focusing on innovating at the intersection of business strategy, user experience design, and technology to improve healthcare accessibility and effectiveness.

Hammad Saleem completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) from the GIK Institute Of Engineering and Technology, a program they enrolled in from 1995 to 1999. Hammad then pursued their Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) from Stanford University between 2000 and 2002.
