Steve Erickson has extensive experience in customer support and service management across various industries. Currently, as the Head of User Support and Customer Success at HealthTap since October 2020, Steve manages and trains a distributed team while advocating for customer needs by collaborating with multiple internal teams. Prior to this role, Steve served as Customer Service Manager at Ducati North America, overseeing a global team and interfacing with dealership representatives to resolve thousands of customer inquiries. Additionally, Steve held the position of Service Manager at Ferrari of San Francisco, maintaining a high client satisfaction index, and earlier gained experience as Assistant Service Manager at R.A.B Motors. Steve also owned a full-service European automotive repair shop, Planet Autowerks, and served as a Platoon Sergeant in the US Army.
