Before joining CareSource, Amy worked at Molina Healthcare as the Director of Government Contracts in 2015 and Anthem as a Senior Legal Counsel from 2009 to 2015. At Molina Healthcare, they focused on government contracts, while at Anthem, they served as legal counsel.

Earlier in their career, Amy worked at EyeMed Vision Care as a Compliance Counsel from 2006 to 2008. Amy also gained experience in managed care as a Managed Care Counsel at the Ohio Department of Insurance from 1990 to 2000.

Amy began their legal career as an Associate at BakerHostetler from 1987 to 1990.
