Janise Daylin

Janise Daylin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare and technology. As the Owner/Agent of Daylin Fiduciary Services since January 2021, Janise serves the community in roles such as trustee and power of attorney. In tandem, Janise has been a Senior Consultant at HealthTech Solutions, providing expertise to state Medicaid programs. Previous positions include Deputy Integration Architect at Optum, where Janise managed projects for New York State's APD/OSDS solutions, and Technical Project Manager for the NYS SPARCS project. Additional experience includes a role as Healthcare Information Management Project Manager at brij and various positions at Xerox, including Product Analyst and Systems Development Senior Specialist for Wyoming Medicaid. Janise holds a BA in Computer Science and Philosophy from Cornell College.
