Victor MacHicote

Victor Machicote is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems management and development within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at HealthTech Solutions since January 2023, Victor previously held multiple key positions at Conduent from 2017 to 2023, where responsibilities included managing the Montana and Wyoming Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS). Prior to that, at Xerox Services, Victor led system development projects and managed teams in a COBOL/DB2 environment. Victor's early career included work at Consultec/Affiliated Computer Services, focusing on the Wyoming MMIS and participating in HIPAA implementation efforts. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in computer information systems and business from Troy University and an Associate of Science degree from Enterprise State Junior College.
