Ryan Simmons

Ryan Simmons is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in strategic design, project delivery, and internal communications. Currently serving as Design Manager for Creative Services at HealthTrust Performance Group since April 2024, Ryan previously held the position of Senior Manager for Strategic Design and Portfolio Delivery at SmileDirectClub, where engagement with executive leadership focused on innovative design and project strategies. Prior to that, Ryan led the Enterprise Strategic Design and Production team at Asurion, enhancing the organization’s internal brand and communications initiatives. Ryan's career began at ALARM Inc., where as Communications and Marketing Director, significant contributions included rebranding and fundraising efforts that raised $3.2 million in 2015. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Baylor University.
