Jack W. Britts

Jack W. Britts, is an independent business consultant and investor focusing on pharmaceutical and healthcare related companies. Mr. Britts has over 30 years of diverse experience building great brands and companies. Most recently Jack served as Co-Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Crown Laboratories, a fully integrated pharmaceutical company and maker of Blue Lizard Sunscreen. Prior to Crown, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Merz Pharmaceuticals LLC.

Jack has also held senior positions at Sepracor and AstraZeneca. Mr. Britts executive leadership and management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, both as an executive and board member, and in budgeting, financial reporting and planning adds additional experience and value to the Company’s board.
