Daniel Phalen has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at HealthWay Family of Brands since March 2023, they have previously held positions such as Vice President & General Manager at GE Current, a Daintree company, and President of The Americas at Venture Lighting International. Daniel's expertise lies in P&L leadership, strategic planning, and business transformation. Daniel has also demonstrated strong leadership skills, having managed teams of varying sizes and successfully delivered growth and margin expansion.

Daniel Phalen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing / Business Administration from Marist College. Daniel also pursued further studies and obtained an MBA degree in Business / Marketing from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
