Jeremy Ladronka

Jeremy LaDronka is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at HealthWest since August 2016, specializing in evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, functional assessments, and training paraprofessional staff and caregivers. Prior to this role, Jeremy served as Assistant Director at West Michigan Academy of Arts and Academics, fostering a positive learning environment for PK-8 students, and as Assistant Principal at Pierce Middle School, where responsibilities included motivating staff and improving academic interventions. Earlier in their career at Mason Middle School, Jeremy held multiple roles including Technology Instructor, Dean of Students, and Interim Principal, leading a professional learning community for staff and students.
