Mickey W. is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Inclusion at HealthWest, where responsibilities include overseeing programs that promote inclusion, diversity, and belonging for over 450 employees. Additionally, Mickey has held the position of Peer Support Supervisor, managing a team of Youth Peer Support Specialists and ensuring compliance with program documentation for youth interactions. As the founder and Director of Kemetic Kings Mentoring Inc., Mickey developed programming for male youth of color in grades 8-12. Previously, as On Air Talent at WMCHN - WUVS 103.7FM, Mickey created multimedia content and established staff onboarding guidelines. Mickey holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Baker College.
