Debra McCoy

Debra McCoy has had a substantial work experience spanning over two decades. Debra began their career at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in 1987, where they served as an Administrative Assistant for almost 20 years, until 2006. In that year, they joined Healthworks, Inc., where they currently hold the position of Director, Human Resources.

Debra McCoy holds a degree in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from Villanova University. Debra obtained this degree from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2009. Additionally, Debra McCoy has a certification in SHRM-CP, which they obtained from the Society of Human Resource Management in January 2015.
