Rayna Patel

Rayna Patel is an accomplished leader in the field of oncology and digital health with extensive experience in strategy and innovation. Currently serving as an Oncology Advisory Board Member at HealthXL, Rayna provides guidance on emerging trends for a global network of industry leaders. As Co-Founder and CEO of Vinehealth, an AI-driven digital health company, Rayna successfully scaled operations to enhance personalized cancer care, leading to national adoption and acquisition in 2024. In previous roles, Rayna was a National Clinical Entrepreneur and Innovation Accelerator Programme Board Member with NHS England, offering strategic insights from a health tech perspective. Additional experience includes advisory roles with Ascension Ventures Life Science Fund and collaboration with The Behavioural Insights Team to align health technologies with policy priorities. Rayna holds an MPhil in Experimental and Translational Medicine and a degree in Medicine from the University of Cambridge.
