Sr. Business Process Analyst at Healthy Alliance

Linda Austin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare industry. Linda currently works at Healthy Alliance as the Manager of Business Process Management since April 2021. Prior to this, they were a Product Manager from May 2019 to March 2021. From June 2018 to April 2019, Linda served as a Project Manager at the same company. Linda started their journey at Healthy Alliance as the Director of Community Transformation from March 2016 to June 2018.

Before joining Healthy Alliance, Linda worked at M.A. Wallingford & Associates, LLC, a healthcare consulting group, as the Vice President of Service Integration from April 2013 to March 2016. Here, they were responsible for delivering care management, service delivery, performance management, and clinical transformation solutions.

Linda's career began at Senior Whole Health in 2006, where they progressively advanced from a Team Leader to a Manager and ultimately became the Director of Client Services. In this role, they served on the Leadership Executive Team and demonstrated expertise in Medicare and Medicaid requirements. Linda held this position from October 2006 to March 2013.

Prior to that, Linda worked at BlueShield of NENY as a Health Promotion Specialist in 2005, where they managed community-based health education programs and implemented worksite wellness initiatives.

Linda's early experience includes working at Senior Services of Albany, where they started as the Director of Newgate Adult Day Services from 1999 to 2001. Linda was then promoted to Program Director, overseeing the operation of four senior centers/congregate meal sites in the City of Albany. Linda also managed evidence-based health programs, health fairs, and seminars, and successfully increased client participation and mandated reports and outcome monitoring.

Overall, Linda Austin has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership and expertise in various roles within the healthcare industry.

Linda Austin received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from SUNY Brockport in 1995. In 2010, they obtained a Certificate in Healthcare Management and Advocacy from Southern Vermont College. Currently, they are pursuing a Business Analytics Certificate from Cornell University, expected to be completed in 2021.
