Bryan Baier

Bryan Baier is a seasoned executive in government and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Plan President at Healthy Blue Kansas since May 2023. Previously, Bryan held key positions at Aetna as Executive Director of Government Programs, advising on Medicaid operational compliance and contributing to major procurement initiatives. As Co-Founder and CEO of RevFind, Bryan led a startup focused on healthcare data analytics and recovery services. Earlier roles include In-House Counsel and VP of Regulatory Affairs at Centauri Health Solutions, as well as Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs at WellCare. Bryan's extensive experience includes leadership roles at the Illinois Association of Medicaid Health Plans and Amerigroup Corporation, along with a solid foundation in provider relations and political candidacy. Bryan earned a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a BS in Political Science and Human Resources from The University of Kansas.
