Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Healthy Food Ingredients, LLC since December 2017, Jay collaborates with procurement, quality, logistics, and facility operations teams to shape strategic direction. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Sales at Healthy Food Ingredients from September 2015 to December 2017, Jay led the sales team in business development and customer service. Jay's earlier roles include Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Purchasing and Quality at Hesco, where leadership was provided in business development and procurement of grain products. Additionally, Jay contributed to the Boys and Girls Clubs of America as Regional Service Director and served as Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Watertown for over 14 years. Jay Johnson holds a bachelor's degree from Upper Iowa University.
