Vivian Soto

Vivian Soto is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in mental health, case management, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Whatever It Takes Program Supervisor at Touchstone Health Services since August 2015, Vivian manages a team of up to 15 members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services while maintaining compliance with relevant standards.
