Healthy Land & Water
Vanessa Smolders is a Senior Scientist and Regional Agricultural Landcare Facilitator for Healthy Land & Water, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Vanessa served as a Grazing Land Advisor at Seqwater from January 2006 to December 2009, where responsibilities included collaborating with landholders to promote sustainable grazing practices, developing property management plans, facilitating workshops, and managing grazing research and demonstration sites. Vanessa holds a Master's degree in Grazing Science from The University of Queensland, obtained between 1997 and 2001.

Healthy Land and Water is the peak environmental group for South East Queensland.
