Mark Bernhard

Mark Bernhard is an experienced Non Executive Director, currently serving at Healthy Male since August 2020 and at Bapcor Limited from March 2022 to July 2025. Previous roles include Non Executive Director at Carbon Revolution from June 2019 to February 2024 and Chairman and Managing Director at GM Holden from July 2015 to August 2018, during which time GM Holden underwent significant transformation. Additionally, Mark contributed as a Non Executive Director at the Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries from January 2015 to July 2018.
