Joy Ifill, MBA, LCSW, has extensive experience in the mental health and child welfare sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Clinical Director at Healthy Minds in Las Vegas since May 2014, Joy Ifill oversees clinical programs for families involved with child welfare courts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Previous roles include Therapist in private practice where Joy Ifill specialized in trauma therapy, Divisional Manager at Clark County Department of Family Services managing community-based child welfare programs, and Director of the Assessment & Referral Department at Montevista Behavioral Healthcare Hospital. Joy Ifill holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and an MS in Social Work from Columbia University.

Healthy Minds is a Multidisciplinary Mental Health Group made up of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. We bring a team and evidence based approach to providing mental health care to the Las Vegas community. Our specific services include medication management, psychotherapy, and neuropsychological and psychological testing. Each of our patients is seen by more than one of our professionals, which provides a standard of care that is not matched in Las Vegas. In addition to patient care, we provide a training environment to our fellow professionals that is second to none, with minimum of 1 hour of clinical supervision per week. We hold monthly training sessions that are open to the community.
