Melissa Paller, LCSW, ICAADC, has extensive experience in clinical leadership within mental health and substance abuse services. Currently serving as Clinical Director at Healthy Minds in Las Vegas since December 2012, Melissa previously held similar positions at Seven Hills Behavioral Hospital and District 3 Drug Court. Melissa also owned and directed Emmett Family Services and worked as Program Director at Personal Development. Early career experience includes serving as a Juvenile Probation Officer with Ada County Juvenile Court Services. Additionally, Melissa is pursuing academic degrees in Social Work and Criminal Justice at Boise State University, holding both a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work, along with an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice.

Healthy Minds is a Multidisciplinary Mental Health Group made up of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. We bring a team and evidence based approach to providing mental health care to the Las Vegas community. Our specific services include medication management, psychotherapy, and neuropsychological and psychological testing. Each of our patients is seen by more than one of our professionals, which provides a standard of care that is not matched in Las Vegas. In addition to patient care, we provide a training environment to our fellow professionals that is second to none, with minimum of 1 hour of clinical supervision per week. We hold monthly training sessions that are open to the community.
