Currently, Shelly serves as a Customer Care Representative and Claims Processor at Healthy Paws Pet Insurance and Healthy Paws Foundation since October 2016. Prior roles include Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician at Loyal Companion Animal Care from January 2008 to July 2016, where responsibilities involved client education and complex veterinary procedures. Shelly also worked as an Instructor at Pima Medical Institute, teaching veterinary subjects, and held the position of Lead Vet Tech at Magnolia Animal Hospital, focusing on surgical nursing and diagnostic procedures. Educational credentials include a Certificate of Completion with Honors in Computer Software and Media Applications from Business Computer Institute and a high school diploma obtained in Fort Bragg, CA.
