Gabriela Paredes

Gabriela Paredes is a seasoned customer service professional with a focus on client care and support. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Care Representative at Hempel A/S since February 2022, Gabriela has built upon prior experience as a Customer Care Representative at the same company. Prior to joining Hempel A/S, Gabriela developed strong customer service skills at Grupo Ei, where the role of Customer Service Representative was held from February 2017 to February 2022. Gabriela is an alumnus of Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2019.
