Tyson Blanchard has extensive experience in customer service and relationship management, currently working at Healthy Paws Pet Insurance and Healthy Paws Foundation since October 2015 in roles focused on online reputation management and customer care. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with pet parents after claims, monitoring reviews, and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of member policies. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Crew Member at Trader Joe's, where Tyson contributed to an exceptional customer experience, and as a Junior Loan Officer at Merit Financial, collaborating with clients to secure mortgages. Tyson also has a background in member services at Costco Wholesale and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Washington, along with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Cascadia College.
