Kelly Rogers

Kelly Rogers has extensive experience in merchandising and buying roles. Kelly began their career at Dillards as a Retail Buyer and worked there from March 1998 to March 2003. From there, they joined Iacon, Inc. as a Senior Buyer from March 2003 to November 2005. Kelly then moved on to Sunglass Icon, a division of Luxottica/Oakley, where they served as the Director of Merchandising from November 2005 to March 2008. In 2008, Kelly joined PetSmart as a Senior Buyer, specializing in specialty products, and held that role until June 2017. Kelly also had a concurrent role as a Buyer for dog food from May 2008 to August 2010. Kelly's most recent position is at Healthy Pet, where they have been the Director since January 2018.

Kelly Rogers began their education at Scottsdale Community College from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained an AA degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Afterwards, they attended Northern Arizona University from 1992 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management. In terms of additional certifications, Kelly attained "Managing the Global Firm" certification from Wharton Online in December 2020, and also obtained the "Leadership in the 21st Century" certification from the same institution in August 2020.
