Miguel Cristóbal-Carle has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several fields. In 1990, they began working as a Clinical Psychologist at Psychohealth Services, where they stayed until August 2021. During this time, they provided therapy and support to individuals.

In 1994, Miguel also worked as a Professor of Psychology in the Business World at Centro Universitario Villanueva, where they taught until October 2000.

Miguel also served as an Expatriate Manager at Meta4 from 1997 to 1999, developing the company's expatriate policy and providing support to expatriates from various countries.

In 2001, Miguel became the Director of the Center for Adolescents in Social Conflict at Fundación Canfranc, where they designed the First Day Program for court-ordered adolescents and implemented therapeutic programs.

From 2003 to 2006, they were a Clinical Psychologist at Instituto Montreal, providing therapy and running social skills groups for teenagers in a day treatment center.

Starting in 2003, they also worked as a Professor at the Centro Regional de Innovación y Formación Las Acacias in Madrid until December 2007.

In 2006, Miguel co-founded Healthy Work, where they focused on psychosocial interventions, employee assistance, wellness, and training. Miguel continues to work in this role.

Miguel was also an executive board member at EAEF (Employee Assistance European Forum) from 2013 to 2015.

From 2018 to 2020, Miguel worked as a Professor at CIS - The College for International Studies.

Throughout their career, Miguel has contributed to the field of psychology and substance abuse as a published author and has taught at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, serving as a Professor at the Master's Level for minors in social conflict from October 1994 to June 1998.

Miguel Cristóbal-Carle has a diverse education history. Miguel obtained a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Autónoma, and Complutense in Madrid between 1992 and 1994. Prior to that, they completed a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 1992 and a Master of Science in Psychology from Albizu University - Miami Campus from 1990 to 1992. Miguel also holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Government from Harvard University, which they earned from 1984 to 1989. In addition, they obtained a Licenciado in Psychology from Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 1986 to 1990 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross from 1980 to 1984. Prior to their higher education, Miguel completed their high school education at Colegio Estudio from 1966 to 1979. Miguel has also obtained additional certifications in topics such as The Science of Well-Being, Primeros Auxilios Psicológicos (PAP), and Creativity, Innovation, and Change.
