Peter Eck

Peter Eck has a diverse work experience with a focus on advisory roles and leadership positions. Peter is currently an Advisory Board Member at Lil Bucks and holds the position of Chief Commercialization Officer at healthybaby. Prior to this, Peter was the Founder and Managing Partner at PE Ventures, where they provided growth and scaling advisory services to companies. Peter was also an Investor and Start-Up Advisor at Sustainable Local Food Investment Group (SLoFIG). Peter has held leadership roles at EPAM Systems, Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, The Kraft Heinz Company, Intelligentsia Coffee Inc., Simple Mills, and Kraft Foods Group. Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated expertise in various areas including business consulting, operations management, and strategic project management.

Peter Eck obtained a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Engineering Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in various fields such as entrepreneurship & innovation, management & strategy, operations management, tech management, design, and operations. Prior to that, they earned their B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University. Additionally, Peter Eck completed a study abroad program in Business Management at Queen Mary University of London. Peter also holds certifications as a Certified Expert (PCQI - Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) in the Food Safety Modernization Act and as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
